This Privacy Policy applies to information collected through Greenscreens’ websites (the "Website”) and any content, functionality, product or service offered on or through those websites and mobile applications, all interactive features, applications, widgets, blogs, social networks and social network "tabs", and other online or wireless offerings that post a link to this Privacy Policy, whether accessed via computer, mobile device or other technology or any associated content, material, software or functionality contained the Company's websites or mobile applications (collectively the "Services").

Personal Information We Collect And Its Source
"Personal information" includes information that can be reasonably linked to you and not otherwise available to the public. We collect your name, address, phone number, email address, or other contact details you may provide to us when you visit the Website, register as a User, use certain features of our Website platform such as submitting or posting information, making or accepting bookings, and paying for Services you use, and when you request or use one of our other Services. When you pay for our Services, we will also collect your billing address, shipping address, purchase details, methods of payment (including name, card issuer and card type, credit or debit card number, expiration date, CVV code, billing addresses, and other financial information shared when making a purchase), and any information we receive from communications we have received about your order or purchase. In addition, you consent to GreenScreens using Personal Information about you and your assets, including contact information and the types of Services that you use, to (i) enforce the terms of the Agreement, (ii) prevent fraud, (iii) respond to regulatory and legal requirements and government inquiries, or in litigation or dispute resolution, (iv) and other purposes permitted by law.
When GreenScreens Discloses Personal Information
GreenScreens may share your Covered Information with its trusted partners and/or vendors in order to provide you with Services and relevant advertising and offers. We also may allow trusted partners and/or vendors to collect data through our Services.
When GreenScreens discloses your Personal Information with other companies it engages, to provide you improved Services, their use of this Personal Information is limited to these purposes and subject to agreements requiring them to keep the information confidential. Greenscreens’ trusted partners and vendors provide assurances they take and will take reasonable steps to safeguard the data they hold on your behalf, although data security cannot be guaranteed.
Analytical companies we use or engage may access or allow us to access aggregated data to help GreenScreens better understand how its Services are used, thus enabling GreenScreens to expand and enhance its Services.
